Claude connects to the Take App MCP server as a custom connector. It is available on Claude Free, Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise; Free accounts can add one custom connector.

Steps

Open connector settings

In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector. Team and Enterprise owners can manage connectors under Organization settings → Connectors.

Add the server

Paste the MCP server URL and click Add:

Authorize

Claude opens the Take App sign-in. Sign in, pick the store you want to connect, and click Approve. Claude finishes linking automatically.

Ask Claude:
How many orders did my store get this week, and which products are low on stock?
You can also reach these steps from your Take App admin dashboard under Settings → Integrations → MCP, which shows the server URL for every client. Connected assistants are listed under Settings → Integrations → API keys.
